Pacific Student Success Coordinator Drop-in Sessions

For students who need a 10 minute drop-in appointment before booking in for a full consult, quick advice or a chat.

When: Every Monday and Tuesday

Time: 12pm - 1pm

Venue: The Conch

Academic Help Sessions

For students who want to succeed and level up in the learning, we can help with effective reading and study techniques, writing, referencing and research skills, etc. Make the most of the drop in sessions held weekly by Student Learning.

When: Every Wednesday and Thursday

Time: 11am – 12pm

Venue: Library. Also can book one to one 15min or 50min appointment.

Postgraduate Events

Fono at the Fale with Dr Aporosa

Fono at the Fale explores Pasifika-focussed talanoa, aimed at assisting students from all disciplines with assignments and research matters. Fono at the Fale is held around the kumete (kava bowl) but there is NO obligation to drink kava.

When: Thursdays - Please check the Pacific at Waikato Facebook page for confirmed dates
Time: 3 – 5 pm
